Loĝejo kaj manĝoj • Room and board

Por havi vere komunuman etoson, kaj lernantoj kaj instruistoj loĝas kune en la belega loĝejo International House (“Internacia Domo”). Ĉiu partoprenanto havas propran, individuan ĉambron en kvarpersona apartamento kun komuna necesejo, duŝejo, salono kaj kuirejo. Vestolavejo situas apude.

In order to foster an atmosphere of community, both students and instructors live together in the set of dorms known as International House. Each participant has their own private room in a four-person suite with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Laundry facilities are available nearby.

La kotizo inkluzivas po tri manĝojn tage en la apuda manĝejo Cafe Ventanas, kiu ofertas diversajn pladojn ĉiutage, inkluzive elektojn taŭgajn por vegetaranoj kaj veganoj.

Course fees include three meals per day in the nearby cafeteria Cafe Ventanas, which offers a variety of entrees, including choices suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Apude • Nearby

En la kampuso troviĝas librovendejo, poŝtoficejo, kafejoj, manĝejoj, malgrandaj butikoj kaj sportejo. Plaĝoj kaj magazenoj ekster la kampuso estas atingeblaj perpiede. Haltas ĉe la universitato publikaj busoj kiuj kondukas al diversaj lokoj tra la ĉirkaŭaĵo. Sandiego havas multajn apudajn vidindaĵojn; dum la kursaro ni faras ekskursojn al kelkaj laŭ preferoj de la partoprenantoj.

The UCSD campus offers a bookstore, post office, cafes, restaurants, small shops, and a recreation center. Beaches and supermarkets can be reached on foot, and public buses from campus provide access to locations throughout the surrounding region. San Diego has many nearby attractions; during the courses we take several field trips to sites chosen by the participants.
