About the Esperanto League of Cyberspace
- The Esperanto League of Cyberspace is an international esperantists' organization
devoted to increasing awareness of esperanto and esperanto culture, on the net and throughout the world.
The ELC is often seen as the "national" esperanto organization
of the internet.
- The ELC is a neutral organization, and does not discriminate toward any race,
religion, or political position. Furthermore, the ELC is independent of any other organizations.
- The ELC aims to use the internet as a medium to further promote esperanto and
esperanto awareness in the global community, and in the "new media". For this reason, the ELC provides a number of
services to the internet esperanto community, including an electronic magazine, La Kunigilo.
All esperantists are invited to help in this collective effort by submitting articles, suggesting
services, and identifying various needs in the internet and/or esperanto community.
- The ELC is not a profit-seeking organization. Members are not required to pay a fee,
nor is there a charge to receive La Kunigilo. The ELC hopes to provide many more free services
to net-esperantists in the near future.
- Comments and questions are always welcome. Feel free to email the ELC (in esperanto
or english) about anything at all. We love hearing from the community about matters of any scale!
