ILERA at the World Congress, 1998

ILERA members convened in Montpellier, France, for the annual ILERA meeting at the Universal Congress, during the first week of August, 1998.

Station: TM8E (Special Events Station) - Op: Wolf Krueger, DL1CC

ILERA members staffed the Special Events station TM8E, operating from 0700h GMT to 2100h GMT each day of the Congress.

The station was operating a single station, with a single military surplus vertical antenna, using an remotely controlled antenna tuner mounted on the roof of Le Corum.
