The regular ILERA bulletins are authored pirmarily in Esperanto, since the articles are submitted by members from many countries.

ILERA has strived to send a printed bulletin to members between 1-4 times per year, but it has been difficult some years due to a lack of editors. The task was often assigned to a country during the ILERA general meeting, held at the Universal Congress each year, but there were a couple years where the bulletins didn't appear. (By having different editors each year, the style of the bulletin has also changed over the years.)

The editor prints enough copies to send to the various land representatives by air mail. The land representatives then duplicate it, and send it by normal mail to all of the ILERA members within their country, which reduces the costs for duplication and mailing as well as distributing the workload. (Membership dues are calculated basically to cover the charges for the duplications and distribution of the bulletins.)

During the fall of 1998, just after the Universal Congress, the editor of the bulletins at that time (Jean-Jacques, F6ILR, ILERA Sekretario) began to create a web-based bulletin, as well as the printed versions. The links below will take you to the first page of each of the available on-line bulletins. The pages were authored on a PC with Esperanto fonts.

After the Universal Congress in 2000, I learned that Jean-Jaques had been gravely ill, and had passed away shortly after the Congress. The job of producing the bulletins is now rotating between volunteers.

I have paper copies of all of the bulletins listed above except number 60, and I can provide a copy of each to any paid-up member of ILERA in the USA upon request.
