    Problems on submission of form

    If your form could not be sent, the reason is probably that the system could not find the program that sends the form. I can think of three possible reasons for this:

    1. If you are working locally (offline), then you must remember to connect to the Internet before submitting your form.
    2. If you think you are connected to the Internet, your software may have timed you out, so check that you are still connected.
    3. If you are indeed connected to the Internet, the program may have been taken offline temporarily for maintenance. This does happen occasionally. In this case, you may either try again later, or try another forms program. To try another forms program, fill the form in below (perhaps copying from the original form, if your computer provides you with a copying facility) and click on the submit button. It's unlikely that both programs will be down simultaneously.
