Lodgings
We encourage everyone to lodge at the congress hotel so that we may have a more enjoyable atmosphere. Room prices include breakfast, free travel in the hotel shuttle from the airport and to the city center, and use of an exercise room and swimming pool. There are three types of rooms:
- '2-bedroom suite' with 2 queen-size beds and kitchenette, $139 per night
- 2-person room with queen-size bed, $89 per night
- 1-person room with queen-size bed, $79 per night
You can save money by sharing a room with one or more others, more information about on the registration form. Rollaway beds can be ordered for $10. This price includes a special congress discount valid from Thursday through Monday inclusive, so don't fail to mention 'Esperanto Conference' to get the right prices. Cancelling your registration
Congress and Banquet costs for 2002 less an administrative cost of $5 per person will be repaid to you if we receive a written request for cancellation prior to June 1.
